Ryan Farley

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Biomechanical Engineering from Hofstra University and have 9 years of experience in the life science industry. Currently, I work as a Project Manager at Novo Nordisk (NN), where I support an initiative called Fill & Finish Expansions, an organization focused on revolutionizing how Novo Nordisk expands manufacturing capacity. My responsibilities include defining, authoring, and executing our strategy on standardization within our manufacturing process, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams in the planning of product transfer. Throughout my career, I have contributed to the successful integration and implementation of many manufacturing solutions to automate processes and expand production capacity. This will be my first at-tempt to co-author a publication in a reputable scientific journal, aiding my commitment to advancing healthcare through scientific innovation, which continues to drive my work.
