Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Provide administrative support to ISPE’s Manager, CEO Office to ensure an organized administrative environment
• Provide administrative support to ISPE’s Manager, CEO Office regarding society governance projects. Include, but not limited to Society Strategic Plan refresh, updating Society Governance Structure documentation, as well as Society Bylaws
• Under the supervision of the Manager, CEO Office, collect all staff presentations in preparation for International Board, International Executive Committee, Foundation Board, and Foundation Executive Committee meetings
• Coordinate and arrange meetings pertaining to both the International and Foundation Boards.
• Assist the Manager of the CEO Office with International and Foundation Board meeting preparation, that includes agenda development, pre-read collection, dissemination of all documents to appropriate parties, and at times, provide support of minuting the meeting
• Assist with maintenance of the International and Foundation Board records, including but not limited to meeting minutes, pre-reads, presentations, etc
• Coordinate internal and external meetings as provided by the Manager of the CEO Office
  • Meetings include, but not limited to, recurring meetings with Direct Reports to the CEO, All Staff Meetings, Leadership Team (LT) Meetings, Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Leadership Forum (GPMLF), miscellaneous board meeting requests, and any other meeting requests from Value Stream Leaders
• Create, coordinate, and manage presentations for the monthly All-Staff Meetings. This includes sharing the presentation during the All-Staff call
• Assist the Manager of the CEO Office with the creation of monthly LT Meeting agendas.
• Collect and distribute pre-reads for monthly LT Meetings
• Assist with the administrative duties pertaining to GPMLF. This includes agenda development, membership, and additional requested meetings pertaining to event management
• Assist with administrative duties on internal projects on an as-needed basis

Requirements & Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• BA or BS degree with a strong business, communications or marketing background is preferred.
• 1-3 years of administrative assistant support.
• 1-3 years of board support

• Must be a person of integrity who effectively utilizes discretion regarding proprietary information and confidential matters.

• Ability to travel both internationally and domestically as needed for conferences, business meetings, and trainings up to 20%

General Summary

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for the development and execution of innovative social media strategies designed to elevate ISPE's brand visibility, foster audience engagement, and drive lead generation across ISPE’s social media channels.

This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, video production, and analytics. The Social Media Coordinator will be integral to the development and execution of omnichannel social media marketing campaigns, including both organic and paid social media initiatives, while ensuring consistency throughout ISPE's social presence and maintaining brand continuity in all digital marketing efforts.

The Social Media Coordinator position will require a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and a data driven perspective to implement effective marketing strategies and processes for all responsibilities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with ISPE's overall marketing goals.
• Content Creation: Develop and execute a robust content calendar, producing high-quality, engaging content tailored to each social media platform, including text, images, and videos. Contribute to ISPE's overall digital content strategy by writing and editing engaging copy for social media, blogs, e-newsletters, web pages, and other digital communications.
• Video Production: Conceptualize and assist in producing high-quality videos tailored to various platforms, including but not limited to social media, ISPE.org, ISPEFoundation.org, conferences, etc. to elevate ISPE's brand and engage the audience.
• Platform Management: Actively manage and optimize ISPE's social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to ensure a consistent brand voice and style.
• Campaign Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through organic and paid social media initiatives.
• Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community by actively monitoring social media channels and respond promptly to messages.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to establish KPIs and track campaign performance. Use these insights to identify trends, optimize strategies, and make data-driven decisions to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels, upholding ISPE's brand identity and messaging.
• Industry Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to optimize strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in executing paid and organic social media marketing campaigns with specific knowledge in, but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ad Manager.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc..).
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Experience leveraging social media management and analytical tools to inform and improve campaign strategy.
• General understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
• Experience in creating and testing new approaches for promoting products and services, including formal A/B testing.
