ISPE European Leadership Team (ELT)
- The European Leadership Team (ELT) reports to the VP European Operations; the VP European Operations reports to the President and CEO of ISPE
- The ELT acts as an advisory board to ISPE Board – Leadership and European Affiliate Council
Mission
- To implement the European strategy and the European business plan
- To provide information and insight into industry trends in Europe to inform strategic direction and decision-making for ISPE’s businesses
- Recommend strategies, policies and procedures that will improve ISPE’s success in the region. These strategies are harmonized with the global ISPE strategy
ISPE European Affiliate Council (EAC)
- The European Affiliate Council is a communication platform to other ISPE affiliates and chapters and interacts also with ISPE headquarters and with the European Leadership team
- The European Affiliate Council reports to the European Leadership Team
Mission
To share best practices between the affiliates and to recommend policies and procedures to the European Leadership Team.
