ISPE and CIOB have teamed up to bring you a fantastic five-part webinar series which will cover information on Neurodivergence and Underrepresented Talent in the workplace, and in-particular the built-environment and life-sciences sector.
Session One; Inclusive Workplaces - An introduction to Neurodiversity
This session will introduce attendees to a transformative approach to DEI and why building inclusive cultures is critical to retaining diverse, underrepresented talent, helping individuals and teams to thrive and fuelling business success.
We will explore actions on an individual, manager, team and organisational level that contribute to healthier, inclusive ways of working.
There will be an intentional focus on neurodiversity, to help onboard attendees with foundational understanding, inclusive language and introduce how neurotypical individuals can engage in active allyship in the workplace and beyond.
