Julia’s extensive career comprises 25 years in Drug Discovery and Natural Product Research in the Pharmaceutical industry; over 20 years’ teaching in Biotechnology, Biomedical & Pharmacy Science and Training Food Safety, HACCP, GLP cGMP & Pharmaceutical Microbiology.An active volunteer and member of the Executive Committee of the Breast Cancer Foundation, Singapore as well as ISPE Singapore Affiliate, Julia is the proud grandmother of 3 lovely grandkids aged 14, 11 and 1.
Meet Amy, mother of a young son and a 7-year breast cancer survivor. More than fifteen years ago, she moved to Singapore from the US with her husband for her job as PayPal’s Head of Customer Engagement for Asia Pacific. Amy was diagnosed with late-stage breast cancer on her son’s 4th birthday, in 2014. She was just 44 at the time. Amy is now an active member with the Breast Cancer Foundation helping to drive awareness and support others through her journey.
Geoff's role involves working to setup, drive, and build the quality processes, execution, and teams for projects in APAC. He has an engineering and technology background across multiple industries including pharmaceuticals and has been a volunteer with ISPE for 10+ years. An ISPE Singapore affiliate EXCO member since 2013, Geoff was affiliate president from 2016 to 2018 and is now the current ISPE Singapore affiliate conference chairman. Geoff is a proud father of 2 daughters, aged 5 and 13.
Harpreet is a mother of 2 lovely kids, 5 and 3 years old. She is an experienced consultant working in the financial services industry for around 11 years. During her time with Moody’s Analytics, not only has Harpreet been able to build her career & balance her family, but alongside she has also earned her Masters in Applied Finance.
With an experience of more than 30 years in people, team and organizational leadership Martina is a natural transformer. She is able to build on her corporate experience as well as two Masters’ Degrees – in Leading Innovation and Change and Positive Psychology – to offer her clients a combination of her lifelong work background, a solid academic foundation and intrinsic passion to enable positive development and change. Martina constantly engages with people around her living and breathing the principles of positive leadership and wellbeing.
