William Lichtman

Bill Lichtman, BS-MBA, serves as a Product Operations Lead within the Strategy and Business Excellence/ Global Manufacturing and Supply (GMS) function at Takeda. In his role, he is leads cross-functional Global Teams that are responsible for the Operational Strategy for a portfolio of Biologic rare disease therapeutics. His Teams form the bond between site operations and global functions such as commercial sales/marketing and regulatory affairs while ensure uninterrupted patient drug supply. Prior to this role, he has 20 years of experience leading commercial and clinical Manufacturing and Compliance operations at multiple Biopharmaceutical firms. His specialties include improving organizational/team effectiveness, process improvement via PAT and operational efficiency while creating inclusive cultures. Bill holds a BS in Biology from Union College and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. Outside of work Bill is a father of two boys, who he attempts to keep up with, by enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, golf, and cycling.
