A Microbiologist by background with a degree in Biology and Environmental Sciences, Tamara is currently pursuing her masters in Bioprocessing at UCL, whilst taking a short sabbatical from work to focus on her thesis.
Having worked as an Industrial Microbiologist for 17 years with companies such as GSK and Sanofi-Aventis, Tamara transitioned into Computerised System Validation (CSV) 8 years ago, initially supporting laboratory-based software and eventually moving onto her specialty of enterprise systems and infrastructure validation.
During her time with Oxford Biomedica, Tamara also supported CSV aspect to Process Validation within manufacturing setting along with process automation, which led her to pursue her Masters with UCL in order to better understand the science behind the software.
Once Tamara has completed her thesis, she will be moving onto working along side her manager from her time at Allucent in his PM and CSV consultancy BiggsB.
