About 10 years of experience into the Pharmaceutical Industry with differe roles covering aspects linked to industrial manufacturing division, supply chain, industrial strategy and technical business management to support company business development. At the base of my competences there is a solid experience on industrial pharmaceutical process and operations for small molecule and biotechnological drugs delivered through sterile injectable form (mainly for rare disease product). Thanks to these technical competences I was able to start improving my professional profile with significant experience on Project and Program management for internal manufacturing sites outsourced platform. Ready to lead and manage challenging programs, I’m scope oriented person able to manage the team to meet the most critical deadlines with success. Good critical thinking is always combined with professional competences to experience new activities and role.
