Lukas Viebahn

In his role as Portfolio Manager, Lukas Viebahn is overseeing engineering and design projects at ZETA with a special focus on the plasma fractionation industry. Lukas has extensive international experience, having worked in operations and production in Canada, Chile, and the UK. He holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Brewing and Beverage Technology from the prestigious Weihenstephan campus at the Technical University of Munich. After graduation, he explored his scientific interest in thermodynamics at TUM before joining ZETA as a Process Engineer. The Austrian based ZETA Group provides holistic engineering and fabrication services to the pharma and biotech industries. Being able to design and deliver the process technology of entire production facilities from feasibility to qualification, one ZETA team can cover a project from start to finish. This challenge led Lukas to transfer from Process Engineering to the Business Line Engineering & Services where he assumed the role of Bid Manager. In addition to the internal and external coordination of the proposal and project initiation phases, Lukas is now overseeing a portfolio of engineering projects from start to finish, looking to apply innovative approaches to process design and EPCM projects around the globe.
