Lori Kim has 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical & bio-pharma industry. She held various engineering leadership positions including Global C&Q, Project Engineering, Facilities & Utilities, Metrology/Calibration, Engineering Standards, Packaging COE, EHS in Abbott and AbbVie for 33 years. Since her retirement from AbbVie in 2022, she joined PSC Biotech as Vice President of Technical Operations in 2023 responsible for providing technical leadership for risk-based C&Q, digital validations, project management, and other key engineering areas. She is a co-author of ISPE Baseline Guide Vol 5, Commissioning & Qualification, 2nd Edition. She previously served as a Chair for ISPE CQ COP Steering Committee and is currently still active in the committee. She holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
