Having spent several years in a technical engineering role, I moved in recent years to a management/consultation role, focusing on continuous improvement project management within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. This has enabled me to focus on developing solutions to process inefficiencies, as well as managing site-wide engineering projects and teams. I have worked on projects that have saved our clients millions, which has increased my knowledge of and interest in managing these types projects. I am currently an active member of the ISPE, and just completed the recent CPIP study group. I will be aiming to take the certification exam in early 2014.
