Previously, as Programme Lead, Chris bridged the gap between healthcare professionals and patients using Salesforce solutions like Health Cloud and Field Service. Our efforts in business transformation were instrumental in advancing health service delivery, emphasizing customer experience management, and fostering a collaborative culture within the healthcare and life sciences sector.
