Director Project Management
Antonia Stone is the Director of Project Management in the Product Operations Program Management Group within Strategy and Business Excellence at Takeda. In this role, she leads, plans, and executes product operation strategies by facilitating Global Manufacturing & Supply and Global Quality Program Teams, as well as specialized sub-teams for crisis management and other critical initiatives. With deep program management expertise, she ensures strategic alignment, milestone execution, and the successful delivery of key initiatives.
Antonia plays a pivotal role in driving global product and commercial initiatives, risk mitigation efforts, and cross-functional collaboration. She fosters strong stakeholder engagement, team-building, and a culture of trust, promoting open dialogue and effective issue escalation. Additionally, she defines and implements program management best practices and standards, ensuring their adoption across products, operating units, and regions.
With over 24 years of experience spanning manufacturing, process and analytical development, quality control, chemistry, manufacturing & controls (CMC), and strategy and business excellence, Antonia brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She holds a Biology degree from Salem State University and is a PMP-certified Project Management Professional.
Outside of work, Antonia is a proud mother of twin boys and enjoys snowboarding in the winter and hiking and biking with her family in the summer.
