Andi joined Genentech in 1995, starting as a Manufacturing Technician. Over the last 27
years Andi has had various roles in Manufacturing, Technical and Quality organizations,
covering Biologics, Small Molecules, Drug Substance and Drug Product Operations in
clinical and commercial products settings. Andi has held various management and
leadership positions, locally and globally, with increasing responsibility throughout her
career. Her current role is Head of Quality and Compliance for Pharma Technical
Operations and she is a member of the Genentech Executive Committee. Andi has a
Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Biology from Stanford University and is married
with two children (a boy and a girl). In her spare time she loves to read, run, ski, or do
anything outdoors with her family.
