With expertise in managing project services and professional services, Jaymie works closely with life sciences delivery teams to identify and implement tailored solutions across a range of key areas, including Technical Operations & Engineering Services, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance, Product & Process Development, Clinical Operations, and Laboratory Support & Services. Jaymie excels in managing W2 consultant project performance, ensuring successful outcomes by mitigating turnover, incentivizing retention, and promoting project continuity. Lara Ionesco Silverman, PhD
Lara Ionescuo Silverman, PhD has led key aspects of scientific development for cell therapy and gene-modified cell therapy products, with expertise spanning process design, analytical methods, raw materials, laboratory operations, intellectual property, regulatory interactions, and external communications. With extensive experience overseeing multi-functional and multi-layered teams, Lara has developed both short- and long-term strategic plans, successfully translating them into actionable objectives for team execution.
Lara has also played a crucial role in understanding the scientific, clinical, and commercial landscapes to guide the strategic direction of the organization, advising on critical decisions that shape the company’s future trajectory. Under her leadership, teams have published numerous peer-reviewed manuscripts and presented at a wide range of academic and industry scientific conferences. In addition to her professional achievements, Lara is the Founder and Host of the “I Wish I Had Known” Women in Sciences Webinar Series. She holds a PhD and MSE in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BSE in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science Engineering from Princeton University.
