Jill Conwell
Jill Conwell is a seasoned biotech executive with over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry. She has a strong background in business strategy, corporate communications, and investor relations, supported by an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia. Recently, she has served as Chief People Officer, focusing on building, and strategically aligning organizations. Jill is dedicated to fostering high-performance organizations that deliver significant value and impact.

Victoria Della-Peruta
Victoria Della-Peruta is a seasoned construction professional. She currently leads DPR Construction's BIM/VDC team. Responsible for the overall coordination process, she is involved early in the project life cycle, from preconstruction to close out. She has extensive experience working on life sciences and healthcare projects and will bring the Builder perspective to this panel.

Shannah Falcone
Shannah Falcone is CRB's Vice President of Market Engagement. Shannah's career is focsued on providing innovative solutions to meet client needs specializing in AEC services within life sciences. Acting as a client advocate within her organization, Shannah works to develop continuous improvement, aligned execution and innovations to meet client’s current and future needs. Serving on the Board of Directors at CRB, Shannah contributes across many initiatives and efforts to support CRB’s strategic objectives.

Julie Sable
Julia Sable is an experienced scientist, currently supporting Kite Pharma. She is a leader in Cell and Gene Therapy, Vaccines and Oncolytic Virus Manufacturing. Her focus is on continuous vector manufacturing scale out, analytical assay development and new PATs, tech-transfer, early and late-phase process development studies. Of note, she established her lab as the Director of Virology for the Zuckerman Institute for Mind Brain and Behavior at Columbia University where she specialized in AAV, Lenti, Retro and Rabies platforms for neuroscience research. Julia is an innovative thinker with a strong focus on continuous improvement and performance enhancement.
